The President said that the El Nino BLT was given to increase public purchasing power due to the increase Price of a number of basic needs.

In addition to BLT El Nino worth Rp400,000 distributed to the community, President Jokowi said that the government also distributed 10 kilograms of rice reserve food reserves starting from September 2023.
