Job Description :

-Analyse the reasonable test on the unit cost of the WIP and finished goods and compare with Bill of material weekly by checking from each batch ID for each production line.

-Cross-check for each Work Order that all cost components of (1) materials, (2) direct labor and (3) factory overhead consumed are already inputted into the cost of goods produced.

-On a weekly basis, prepare the variance analysis of quantity and cost variance for each Production Line, and discuss with the Production Planning Head to resolve any abnormal or unusual variance immediately.

-Compile and analyse the gross margin report on a weekly basis for finished goods sold to customer.

-Cost control for the Order Requisition (quantity) from each department in the Plant.
